ARE YOU HAPPY?

Could you carry that happiness for over three months?

That is the challenge posed by website that is asking social media users to try to be happy for 100 days.

The 100 Happy Days challenge asks people to take the time to be happy, to notice the good that is around them. It challenges people to take a picture every day of something that makes them happy.

The organisers say that the challenge is not about boasting, it is about  remembering that there are things in life to be happy about.

To take part in the challenge, users register with the website, then post a picture to their preferred social network, using the hashtag #100happydays.
