5.5 quake hits Northern Japan

AN EARTHQUAKE MEASURING 5.5  has hit Northern Japan and has been felt in Tokyo, according to Reuters.

No immediate damage has been reported and the quake appears to have had no effect on the Fukushima nuclear plant.

In March a massive earthquake and resulting Tsunami devastated Japan and left more than 23,000 dead or missing.
