1. #CHARLEVILLE Post-mortems are due to be carried out today on the bodies of twin boys and their older brother, who were found dead in Cork last night. The Charleville community is “shocked right through” by the tragic deaths of Thomas and Patrick O’Driscoll, and their older brother.

2. #UKRAINE Ukraine has agreed a ceasefire with pro-Russian rebels, its President Petro Poroshenko has said. The preliminary truce deal was signed in Minsk and should come into force on Friday.

3. #INVESTIGATION The SAS ‘Loughall ambush’, which killed eight IRA men and a civilian, might be investigated. Secretary of State Theresa Villiers has written to the Attorney General for Northern Ireland to inform him that the Advocate General is to take a fresh look at the case.

4. #ROADS A six-year-old boy is in serious condition after being hit by a car at Cross Avenue in Blackrock, Dublin. He is being treated in Temple Street Hospital for his injuries.

5. #LEAKED Apple has vowed to tighten up security after the iCloud celebrity hack. It plans to push two-step notification, and send notifications to users any time someone tries to restore their iCloud account.
