Appeal for lorry driver to come forward after two men seriously injured in crash

GARDAÍ IN CLONDALKIN are appealing for information after two men were seriously injured in a crash with a lorry this morning.

The driver of the articulated lorry failed to remain at the scene on the Naas Road, Dublin.

The two men, who are aged in their 40s and 50s, were seriously injured when their motorcycles collided with the trailer unit of the lorry.

It happened at around 11.30am on the outbound lanes of the Naas Road at Fox and Geese (between junction of the Long Mile Road and the M50 interchange).

Both injured men were taken by ambulance to Tallaght Hospital.

Investigating gardaí are appealing for witnesses or anyone who can assist with this investigation to contact them. They are also appealing to the driver of the lorry to come forward.
