THE AVERAGE ASKING price of a property in Clondalkin is now just under €235,000, according to analysis from Daft.ie.
The figure of €234,143 – drawn from list prices compiled in the third quarter of 2017 – makes Clondalkin one of the capital’s most affordable areas.

They have a long way to go, though, before reaching their Celtic Tiger peak. The average price of a property in Clondalkin hit just over €356,000 in 2006.
