WHEN THE TIME comes to have his back shaved, one American man goes for something a little different.
Mike Wolfe, 35, from Idaho, has a different look shaved on his upper back every four months, and the designs are now showcased on a New Year’s calendar, the aptly named 2016 Calend-hair.
Wolfe, an assistant school principal, told KTVB-TV that after years of feeling embarrassed of his body hair, he asked a friend in 2008 to trim an American flag on his back.
They called that first look ‘Am-hair-ica the beautiful’ and the idea for the calendar was born.
“Everybody always makes fun of the guy with back hair. Well now it’s my turn to shine, right?” Mike said.
