Homemade fruit puree
Cook time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
Makes 700ml
- 2 apples, peeled and diced 250g blueberries
- 200g red grapes
- 2 bananas
Method
- Add the apple and blueberries to a small saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water. Cover and cook for 10 minutes until the apple has softened. Stir though the grapes, cook for another 5 minutes and allow to soften. Leave this to cool.
- Add ingredients to a blender, allow to cool a little then add the bananas, blend until smooth.
- Pour into serving dishes or re-sealable containers.
