BRENDAN HOWLIN JOINED us for a High Table Interview during the week.

In it, we discussed a wide range of issues – including same-sex marriage, the possibility of Gerry Adams as Taoiseach, abortion, and why he’s proud of Labour.

The Public Expenditure and Reform Minister is often compared to one half of British comedy duo Morecambe and Wise, alongside Finance Minister Michael Noonan.

On a different note, Howlin says he has no regrets about the Labour party entering government with Fine Gael.
