THERE ARE LESS than two weeks to go until Budget 2013 is unveiled by Minister for Finance Michael Noonan.

The upcoming Budget is expected to be tougher than last year’s Budget as the Government will be seeking to make cuts of €3.5 billion under the terms of the troika deal. Government ministers have been flying a number of kites in recent weeks about what to expect, while the IMF has made it clear that it wants to see cuts in social welfare payments.

This will be the third tough Budget in a row since the troika bailout of 2010.

Today we’re asking: Are you worried about the upcoming Budget?

Poll Results:

A little worried but not overly concerned (1482)
Yes, very worried (1413)
No, not worried (586)
