Gardaí appeal to customers in Cabra pub where man was shot dead

Investigators are keen to speak to anyone who was in The Cabra House Pub before or during the shooting dead of Paul Cullen last night.

GARDAÍ HAVE ISSUED an appeal to patrons at The Cabra House pub in north Dublin last night where a 25-year-old man was shot dead.

Investigators have issued an appeal to anyone who was in the pub on Fassaugh Avenue before or at the time of the shooting dead of Paul Cullen just after 7pm yesterday evening.

They would also like to speak to anyone who was on Fassaugh Avenue around the time of the shooting and saw anything unusual or suspicious.

Gardaí say they are particularly keen to speak to anyone who may have seen a dark coloure d,medium-sized motorcycle with a driver and pillion passenger dressed in dark clothing in and around the area at the time of the shooting.

They might also have been driving eratically near the Fassaugh Avenue before or after the shooting.

Investigating officers believe that the driver of the bike was waiting outside the pub when the gunman entered.

Anyone with any information has been asked to contact Cabra Garda station 01 6667432 , the Garda Confidential Telephone Line 1800 666 111 or any garda station.
