For the rest of us plebs who like to gawk at other people’s stuff, this island is a prime leering opportunity. Up for sale for €55 million, the island – located off the west coast of Canada – comes with white sandy beaches, a private air stripe, a western-style village (um, why?) and a golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus.
