Take a VR tour of a four-bed home 25 minutes from Dublin city centre

The bright and spacious property was completely refurbished in 2014.

If you have Google Cardboard or another VR headset, you can enjoy a full 3D experience by tapping the ‘goggles’ icon.

FINDING A SPACIOUS home that’s close to the city centre is no mean feat, particularly one that ticks all the boxes for family living.

With a gravel drive to the front and a nice west-facing garden to the back, 11a Brookville Park has already ticked the parking and outdoor space boxes before you even open the front door.

Inside, the four-bedroom home in Artane extends to about 1,721 sq ft. It is now on the market for €695,000.

After undergoing a complete refurbishment just four years ago, the home was rewired and replumbed with new windows added throughout.

The ground floor now comprises of two reception rooms, a kitchen and a separate dining area that all benefit from an underfloor heating system – a particularly smart part of the refurb.

And, if four bedrooms don’t cut it, there is an option to convert a downstairs storage room too.

The Shaker-style kitchen is made from solid oak with cabinetry painted in a calming mint green that slightly contrasts with the white floors.

There’s also a hardworking Rangemaster oven and a large kitchen island, which both come in handy for prepping big meals.

Every bedroom at 11a Brookville Park is complete with a fully-fitted wardrobe. A large landing on the first floor leads to each bedroom. The master has a hot press, some extra storage and, of course, an en suite bathroom.

With even more potential to convert, a Stira leads to the insulated attic, which could suit a more casual sitting area or another bedroom.

Running parallel to Malahide Road, Brookville Park is ideally located just a short walk from Harmonstown DART station and close to all of the amenities Coolock and Artane have to offer, including schools, bars, restaurants and a cinema.

Plus if you regularly commute to the city centre, a 25 minute car ride will have you at College Green.
