GardaĆ discovered the arms dump during searches in the Scotstown area.
The men, aged 20 and 35, were taken in for questioning this morning.
The discovery was made by police investigating dissident terrorist activity.
In a statement issued by the group the killing was carried out because of “torture and degradation” of dissident prisoners at Maghaberry jail.
Three men from the same family were charged in connection with dissident republican activity, including planning acts of terrorism, at Lisburn Magistrates’ Court today.
The man is being held by the PSNI in Antrim.
A substantial quantity of explosive material was found at Hackballscross following the arrest of two men.
A large amount of fertilizer was found at a house in Hackballcross and two men in their fifties were arrested.
