STEWART LAMBERT RECENTLY took to the Dublin streets to ask passers-by a simple question.

He asked them “What has been the biggest change in your life and how did you deal with it?”

The result is this wonderfully honest and very emotional four and a half minute video.

Stewart says he was “amazed and encouraged by their honesty”, as subjects range from homelessness, death, illness, childbirth and drugs.

It features a beautifully Dublin approach to adversity:

Pull up your socks and get on with it. Life is too short, love.

Take a few minutes out of your day and give it a watch.
