Biography

He challenged unsuccessfully for the 2004 local elections and the 2007 general election before being elected in 2009 to Dublin City Council. A Senior Counsel, he has retained his seat on the council since and is the legal adviser to the Fianna Fáil front bench.

I will promote laws that 1) make high quality education accessible to all, 2) support enterprise, and 3) allow fast build of social houses.

What is your number one priority for your constituency?

To provide a home for those who can\'t afford to buy or rent.

What one thing would you like to do in your first 100 days of the new Dáil if you are elected?

Promote a law that will treat the housing crisis with the same urgency as the banking one, with emergency measures to build social houses quickly.
