Biography

The party organiser for Renua in the west and northwest, this is her first time running for election. She is a community welfare officer/ fundraiser with PLAN Ireland children's charity. Senator John Kelly, running for Labour in the constituency, is her brother.

Q.

Why should someone vote for you (in 140 characters or fewer)?

I am a strong female voice for the women of Roscommon-East Galway and will bring women\'s issues to the fore in any debate that affects our daily lives.

Q.

What is your number one priority for your constituency?

To raise my voice on all issues that affect the most vulnerable, eg. our children, disabled and senior citizens. Too long Ireland is silent!

What one thing would you like to do in your first 100 days of the new Dáil if you are elected?

I would introduce a short youth engagement module on building resilience rolled out through schools and/or youth clubs.
