Question Time

Q.

Why should someone vote for you?

I\'m honest, hardworking and determined to make change. I\'ve made a difference on Cork City Council. I want to do the same in Leinster House.

Q.

What is your number one priority for your constituency?

Housing. The crisis is affecting every part of society. The solutions can positively impact on transport by planning our towns, cities and rural areas better - and make a dent in our climate change obligations by delivering high-quality, affordable, energy-efficient housing.

Q.

What one thing would you like to do in your first 100 days of the new Dáil if you are elected?

I want to continue a bill I have been working on through my colleagues in the Oireachtas to extend the vote to Irish citizens working abroad for up to five years, EU citizens living here after five years and to 16-year-olds in local elections.
