Labour Party councillor Frank McBrearty Jnr will once again be the party's candidate in Donegal South-West. The Raphoe man was eliminated on the second count of the November 2010 by-election, securing less than 10 per cent of first preferences. McBrearty has been a member of Donegal County Council since June 2009 when he was elected as a representative of the Stranorlar area.
