Policies
  • Reduce rates for SMEs, cut the cost of doing business
  • A public sector pay freeze is not enough; we need real cuts across the board and we need them now
  • Create a new fund for Ireland used to develop new industries and environmentally sustainable enterprises

I work as a healthcare worker and there is no way I can afford any more cuts. I have already taken a cut of over a €1000net in my monthly take home pay. That has a massive impact on what was already a fairly modest income. I can’t take anymore cuts.

I work very hard, we are already short staffed due to hiring embargos. If you cut our pay anymore we will no longer be able to live in Dublin. I am struggling now. I rent a room, have a 10 year old small car and do not lead a lavish lifestyle. I cannot take any more cuts and I’m disgusted to see that you would like to cut my income further.
