Michael Fitzpatrick

Deputy Michael Fitzpatrick is one of two candidates nominated by Fianna Fáil to seek a second term of office in Kildare North. Fitzpatrick, who hails from Cavan, worked as a member of Kildare County Council from 1999 until his election to the Dáil in 2007. A former member of An Garda Síochána, Fitzpatrick also worked as an insurance agent and auctioneer before entering into politics.
