GARDAÍ IN ENNIS arrested three people, after a man was stabbed in Dromard, off Lahinch Road last Friday evening.

It is understood that the man who was stabbed is a taxi driver, who picked up a fare in Ennis town and dropped the person off at an address in Drom Ard when the incident occurred at around 10.15pm on Friday evening.

He was brought to Limerick University Hospital, where he received treatment for his injuries.

While two men were released without charge following the incident, a juvenile male appeared before Kilrush District Court yesterday in connection with the incident.
