MORE THAN 100 ‘distressed’ properties will go on sale in the fourth Allsop Space auction tomorrow.

The firesale at the Shelbourne Hotel, Dublin 2, will see lots with reserve prices ranging between €7,500 and almost €500,000 go under the hammer.

The most expensive property is a building set up as two restaurants in leafy Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 – whose reserve is €485,000.

But canny buyers might be more interested in the house in Convoy, Co Donegal for a reserve of just €26,000 – or another in Ballinrobe at €25,000.
