Gardaí in Tipperary appeal to public for help in finding hijacked car

The blue Kia Sorento Estate was hijacked yesterday in Roscrea, Co Tipperary shortly after 5pm yesterday.

GARDAÍ HAVE APPEALED to the public for assistance in locating a vehicle that was hijacked in Co Tipperary yesterday.

The blue Kia Sorento Estate, with a registration number of 141-G-3882, was hijacked yesterday in Roscrea, Co Tipperary shortly after 5pm.  

Gardaí sat the suspect in the alleged hijacking is believed to be an Eastern European man in late 30s, who is 5’4” in height. 

Gardaí are trying to identify the current location of this vehicle.

It follows a separate alleged incident of criminal damage and theft of a vehicle yesterday morning shortly after 9am in Middleton, Co Cork.

The vehicle in this incident was later recovered.

Members of the public who see the vehicle, or who have information on its current whereabouts, are asked not to approach the vehicle or any occupants, but to report any information or sightings by calling 999/112.
