Man charged with Elaine O'Hara murder due in court this morning

41-year-old Graham Dwyer from Foxrock was asked by gardaí when he was charged if he had anything to say, he response was, “I do. Not guilty”.

THE MAN CHARGED the murder of Elaine O’Hara is due in court Dublin this morning.

41-year-old Graham Dwyer was last week charged with the murder of the childcare assistant and was remanded in custody ahead of his appearance at Cloverhill District Court today at 10.30am.

Dwyer, an architect with an address at Kerrymount Close, Foxrock in south Dublin, was asked by gardaí when he was charged if he had anything to say, he response was:

I do: Not guilty.

The skeletal remains of Elaine O’Hara were discovered at Kilakee in the Dublin mountains above Rathfarnham on 13 September. She had been missing since August 2012 with her car found parked at Shanganagh Cemetery near Shankill.
