Your Hardly Normal Windy Arbour Weather Pic Of The Day

It’s still pretty blustery out there…

Even by Windy Arbour standards (locals insist the southside Dublin ‘village’ has far worse weather than surrounding areas) conditions were a little too stormy for comfort this morning.

This photo was snapped just after 9.15 this morning as the canvas ‘Harvey Norman’ billboard was torn, tack-by-tack, from its position on the wall of a house, just across from the suburb’s main shops.

The overnight weather’s been described as the ‘worst storm in 15 years‘ and around 70,000 people have been left without power this morning as a result.

Note: We’ve called Dundrum gardaí to let them know about the billboard, which is upwind of the main Dundrum Road — they said they were sending someone straight down.
