What's the Help To Buy Scheme all about?

The deadline is December 31, 2019.

The Help to Buy incentive was designed to assist first time buyers with obtaining the deposit required to purchase a new home.

The incentive provides for a tax refund (of DIRT paid over the previous four years) to first time buyers – up to 5% of the purchase price and a maximum of €20,000.

The scheme expires on the 31st December 2019, so if you are considering buying in the next six months, now is the time to move forward.

Glenveagh Homes is a qualifying contractor for the Help To Buy scheme, meaning you can use the scheme for assistance purchasing a Glenveagh property.
