THE LABOUR PARTY today launched a new referendum poster campaign waging war on what it calls “Sinn Féin’s track record of getting it wrong when it comes to major decisions”.

Heading to the Sinn Féin shop on Parnell Square in Dublin today to hang their new posters, Labour’s deputy director of elections Dominic Hannigan said:

Sinn Féin’s Referendum campaign has been based on information that is misleading, irrelevant and in many cases, just plain wrong, and it is hard to take them seriously.
Sinn Féin voted for the bank guarantee in 2008. They were wrong on that and they are wrong on the Stability Treaty.
