Poll: Should Irish companies have to publish difference in what male and female employees earn?

The existing gender pay gap in Ireland is 13.9%.

IRISH COMPANIES ARE a step closer to having to publish the difference between what their male and female employees earn.

A bill has been put forward that would oblige companies that have 50 or more staff to publish their pay data.

Ibec says it supports the introduction of new reporting measures, akin to similar structures already in place in Australia.

So tonight we’re asking, should Irish companies have to publish difference in what male and female employees earn?
