Homes at Knightsgate are between 1,235 square feet (3-bed semi-detached) and 1,350 for the extended 3-bed semi-detached homes. The detached homes are 1,333 square feet.

Each house features an open-plan kitchen and dining area with French doors that open onto the back garden. You can also expect shaker-style kitchens with soft close doors and feature islands, along with double-glazed, uPVC windows throughout.

The master and second bedroom in each also feature shaker-style fitted wardrobes and each home has an air-to-water heating system that is thermostatically controlled to maximise your comfort.

The brand new development is located just a few minutes’ stroll from the heart of Rush village, and only 500m from Tesco, with a new road opening in a matter of weeks connecting Park Road to Brook Lane.

The area of Rush is well-connected by public transport, with a regular commuter train service of over 20 trains to Grand Canal Dock each weekday, along with a number of bus routes to the city, Drogheda and Dublin Airport.
