WHAT’S THE STORY

1. #INDONESIA: The Asian country has staunchly defended its execution of seven foreigners (including two Australians) for drug offences. It has emerged that the seven men sang hymns before being led to face their firing squad.

2. #MARRIAGE REF: The No campaign’s posters keep getting defaced. No complaints have been made about the issue as yet though by the group Mothers and Fathers Matter.

3. #JONI: A friend of singing legend Joni Mitchell has confirmed that her health is not in as grievous a state as had been reported.

4. #RYANAIR: The budget carrier has been robbed electronically. €4.6 million of the airline’s money was hacked from one of its accounts via a Chinese bank.

5. #GORSE HILL: Solicitor Brian O’Donnell threw the keys of his Vico Road mansion in front of Bank of Ireland CEO Richie Boucher this morning. Although it seems O’Donnell had already changed the locks.

6. #DOUBLE TROUBLE: Next weekend’s bank holiday could cause employees trouble when it comes to their wages as the European holiday falls on the Friday, meaning bank transactions won’t be processed until after Monday.
