PIPER’S HILL IN Naas, Co Kildare is getting a new development to its name and it’s quite stylish indeed.
There are 19 homes in the development and they vary between 3,4 and 5-bedrooms.
Piper’s Hill homes are for sale for between €325,000 and €575,000 and are available through Savills and CME Auctioneers via Daft.ie.
The houses will be built to the highest of specifications, and incorporate energy efficient measures such as solar panels and high levels of insulation in the walls, floors and roofs. All houses will have an A BER rating.
Downstairs there is spacious living accommodation – kitchen/dining room, living room and downstairs bathroom.

The development is close to lots of amenities such as national and secondary schools, Kildare Village, Blessington lakes, Naas Farmers Market, and just half an hour to Heuston station for anyone who fancies commuting into Dublin. It’s also just 40 minutes from Dublin Airport.
