New York man 'shoved iPhone down girlfriend's throat'

Police officials say a 37-year-old man shoved the device down his 23-year-old partner’s throat during a row.

A NEW YORK lawyer is accused of shoving an iPhone down his girlfriend’s throat during a domestic row at their home last weekend.

The New York Post says court papers show that the 37-year-old patent attorney rammed the phone into his 23-year-0ld partner’s mouth, during the row on Saturday morning in their apartment on New York’s plush upper east side.

The man’s lawyer says his client denies the allegations.

The Post’s report added that the same lawyer is accused of cracking his girlfriend’s mobile phone in two during another argument the previous Sunday, when she tried to call the police.
