A NEW YORK COURT is expected to rule today on whether a hotel maid’s lawsuit claiming that Dominique Strauss-Kahn sexually attacked her should be dismissed.

Court system spokesman David Bookstaver says the decision will be posted online today. Bronx state Supreme Court Justice Douglas McKeon is making the ruling.

Nafissatou Diallo claims that Strauss-Kahn tried to rape her in his Manhattan hotel suite last May at the hotel where she was working as a housekeeper.

The former International Monetary Fund leader has denied doing anything violent in their encounter.

Prosecutors dropped related criminal charges last summer.
