PATRICK LYTTLE HAS walked out of hospital in Sydney after he was allegedly punched by his older brother Barry last month.

The Sydney Morning Herald reports that Patrick has been discharged from St Vincent’s Hospital and now will undergo one month of rehabilitation at a centre in Ryde.

The 31-year-old spent a week in a coma before making a sudden improvement in mid-January.

Patrick’s girlfriend and brother both posted photos on Facebook showing Patrick standing outside St Vincent’s Hospital, dressed in a tracksuit and with large bandages on his shaved head.

Barry Lyttle is charged with causing grievous bodily harm to his brother after he allegedly punched the 31-year-old after a minor disagreement outside a Kings Cross nightclub on January 3.

He appeared in the Downing Centre Local Court last month where he was granted permission to move closer to his brother Patrick in hospital.
