
ARE YOU THE sort of person that squeezes all their exercise into the weekend?
We’re three weeks into 2018 now and many new year resolutions include getting some extra exercise every week – but with families, work and a social life it’s easier said than done. The weekend is oftentimes the only downtime people can get.
However, it’s difficult to motivate yourself in mid-January and, of course, the wintry weather this weekend isn’t great, so it could be very tempting to have a duvet day.
