Poll: Is the bus good value for money?

After Bus Éireann and Dublin Bus confirmed their cash fares would rise in the New Year, we’re asking if you think taking the bus is worth the fare?

DUBLIN BUS is to increase its cash fares by an average of 15 per cent from January, with the lowest fare rising from €1.20 to €1.40 and the highest jumping from €2.30 to €2.60.

Earlier this month, the Department of Transport confirmed that Bus Éireann intends to increase its regional city fares by an average of 5.44 per cent from the New Year.

With these price increases in mind, we’re asking: do you think taking the bus is good value for money?
