Education begins at home, if you think that drinking 10 pints every weekend is ok because you are a good drinker then the least you can do is cut down and set the example for your children because not everyone is a good drinker and you don’t know what the consequences of your binge drinking will be when you’re 60.

I lived in Amsterdam for several years, weed, hash and magic mushrooms are legal to buy in coffee shops, but I mostly saw tourists in there. I wouldn’t even think about it and I could count with my fingers the number of times I went to a coffee shop in my 6 years in Amsterdam. And it all comes to education, society, my friends didn’t care so I didn’t care either, but it feels good to have it available knowing that you belong to a society which have evolved enough to have some things freely available to the public while being abstinent at your own will.
