    @Paul Coughlan: so as to see how prevalent the problem is in 2018 compared to over 15 years ago when the original SAVI report was carried out. It is primarily a measurement exercise to see if the extent of the problem, often not reported, can be assessed and that can then be used as a basis for future policy and decision making.

    The report is not expensive coa]mired to the importance if the issue and the need for an up to date assessment of the prevalence or otherwise of this problem in Ireland.
