I would really like to commend these people that go public on their mental health issues, they are inspiring individuals and help so many people just by being so open and their faces not being hidden! Mental Health affects most people at some stage, either ongoing or at a point in time, understanding and compassion is growing and needs to grow far more! Recognising you have a mental health issue is the first step towards help and recovery! It is often the hardest thing about mental health – admitting to yourself that you need help- Society needs to crush any remaining stigma in this area!
