Bit of a joke of an article, hugely sensationalist. How about the drug dealers in Sheriff Street for instance who are selling properly dangerous drugs like heroin and crack? The rickshaw driver stories appeal to people like taxi drivers who can have a moan about people taking their business and indulge their racism and xenophobia at the same time

    @Chris Hammond: I’m glad someone else notices that element. It’s ugly, and ridiculous. People don’t take a taxi for a short journey in peak city traffic anyway.
