Why are the Revenue involved? Are they worried people might be having a good time and not paying tax on it?

The rickshaws mostly sell pills and the biggest issue with them is quality. Been the same for years. Seems to be more drivers because some people need to work 2 jobs to afford to live in Dublin now. Typical govt driven hysteria to cover up bigger issues.
