Jamie apparently they can now , a new intergalatic bill making and delivery service; They have “Troika” painted on the sides of the spaceships , quite similar to our own Post vans. Sure isn’t Pateen Rabbitte heading of one of the days to deliver the broadcast charge to all the Satellites , and as soon as they thaw water on Mars , Big Phil will be there in no time with a meter and a bill !
