A 19-YEAR-OLD woman was pulled out of a car in a hijacking in Belfast yesterday afternoon.

It happened at about 12.15 pm when the woman’s grey Citroen C1 was parked in the Grosvenor Road area of West Belfast.

A man, described as being about about 26-years-old, then walked up to the car and grabbed the arm of the woman, pulled her out of the car before driving off in it.

The young woman was not injured in the incident but police are seeking information about the hijacking.

The man was wearing a grey hooded top and tracksuit bottoms when the hijacking took place and the PSNI are asking anyone who may have seen the incident or have any information on it to contact them.
