Poll: Will you celebrate Easter?

Eggs or Mass?
Apr 4th 2015, 7:15 PM 17,732 91

EASTER SUNDAY IS celebrated by Christians across the world as the day of Jesus’s resurrection.

However, as with most religious celebrations, there are roots in pagan festivals.

Many non-Christians still celebrate the day with egg hunting, bunnies, parades and chocolate treats. And, of course, in Ireland we get an extra day off work.

How about you? Do you mark the occasion tomorrow? Will you celebrate Easter?

Poll Results:

Yes, with a day off and an Easter egg (4627)
Yes, I will do something religious/spiritual (2541)
No (1862)
