Newly launched three and four-beds in family-friendly Portmarnock from €485k

PART OF THE St Marnock’s Bay development in Pormarnock, north Co Dublin, the next phase of new homes has been released.

A number of three-bed mid-terrace, end-of-terrace, semi-detached and detached properties have come to the market, as well as two four-bed detached units as part of the Skylark phase.

Three-beds range between 1,259 sq ft and 1,320 sq ft, while four-beds will measure 1,608 sq ft. Prices start at €485,000. A Quintain development, the developer has delivered more than 800 stylish and sustainable homes in Adamstown and Portmarnock since 2016.

Skylark is adjacent to a new green parkland, Skylark Park. When completed, Skylark Park will span nearly three acres and will make for the perfect space to go on a walk or run after work, or to bring the little ones to play.

Portmarnock train station is a short five-minute walk away, or you can drive to Velvet Strand beach in the same amount of time. For families, there are two playgrounds and a Montessori within walking distance, as well as a primary school and secondary school.

There’s a good selection of shops, restaurants and cafes along Strand Road, while golfers can choose from Malahide Golf Club and Portmarnock Golf Club.

As for the houses themselves, each property is A-rated for energy efficiency and features an air-to-water heat pump. Kitchens are by Kube and feature matt lacquered cabinets and quartz countertops, as well as appliances subject to contracts being returned within 21 days. These include a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob.

As well as being in the heart of Portmarnock, Skylark is a 15-minute drive from Howth village and 10 minutes from Malahide. Plus, thanks to the nearby DART station, residents can be at the city centre in half an hour.
