A PICTURE YESTERDAY appearing to show Quality Street tins becoming increasingly smaller over the years was widely shared on social media.

A spokesperson for Nestle, who make the sweets, has since said that the image is unrepresentative as the sweets are sold in different sizes.

This isn’t the first time consumers have taken issue with sizes getting smaller.

A study last year found that a number of chocolate bars had changed size over the years – although some of them had gotten bigger.

So we want to know, is chocolate worse value than it used to be?

Poll Results:

Yeah, we definitely pay more for less now (7283)
No, it's just down to perception (563)
Not sure (239)
