Have you got the Sunday Fear right now?


IT HAS MANY names. Some call it the ‘Sunday Scaries’. Others the ‘Weirds’, the ‘Sunday Blues’ or ‘Sunday Spookies’.

Most people, though, know it as The Fear.

It is an acute anxiety that creeps up on us as we begin to transition from the weekend to the reality of the impending work-week. You’ve probably started to feel it by now.

Although there is no clinical diagnosis for The Fear, it does have a term to describe it:
