Can't get a good night's sleep? Here's how technology is ruining bedtime

OUR ADDICTION TO technology can be affecting us in ways we might not have previously realised.

Or, if this has happened to you, maybe you are aware of the problem.

Many people watch TV as they fall asleep or text while they lie in bed at night, but these habits could prevent you from getting a good night’s sleep.

And most people already feel sleep-deprived. In a National Sleep Foundation study in the US, 63 per cent of those surveyed said they didn’t get enough sleep.
