Three released over Rialto stabbing

A woman in her 40s and two teenagers who were being held over the fatal stabbing in Dublin have all been released without charge.

THREE PEOPLE BEING held in connection with a fatal stabbing in Rialto in Dublin on Saturday morning have all been released.

Gardaí confirmed this morning that a woman in her 40s who was being held at Pearse Street Garda Station and two teenagers detained at Kevin Street Garda station were released without charge last night.

A file will now be prepared for the information of the Director of Public Prosecutions.

A German man in his 20s died after being stabbed at around 5.30am on Saturday morning outside the Herbeton Apartments on St Anthony’s Road in Dublin 8.

A second man who was also stabbed in the incident was brought to St James’s Hospital where he was in a serious but stable condition.
