A VIDEO HAS emerged of US presidential candidate Donald Trump using sexist and misogynist language regarding a US TV soap actress in 2005.

The video, obtained by the Washington Post, shows a bus Trump is a passenger on arriving at a studio, apparently on 16 September 2005, as the real estate mogul was set to make a cameo appearance on US soap Days of Our Lives.

Trump was wearing a radio microphone at the time, but appears unaware that it was recording and being picked up outside the vehicle.

For several minutes he conducts a conversation with Access Hollywood presenter Billy Bush, himself a cousin of former president George W Bush.

The two first speak of a woman who Trump had recently met.

“I moved on her and I failed. I’ll admit it,” Trump says.

I did try and fuck her. She was married. And I moved on her very heavily. I moved on her like a bitch and I couldn’t get there.
Then all of a sudden I see her, she’s got the big phony tits and everything.

The group then began to discuss Days of Our Lives actress Arianne Zucker, who was waiting to meet them off the bus.

“Whoa! Yes! Whoa!” says Trump upon viewing Zucker for the first time.

I’ve gotta use some tic tacs, just in case I start kissing her. You know I’m automatically attracted to beautiful, I just start kissing them. I don’t even wait.
And when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything.
Grab them by the pussy. You can do anything.

The video then shows Trump descending the bus stairs to meet with Zucker along with Bush.

It is not clear where the video has come from.

Trump has responded to the video’s release this evening. In a statement he dismissed what was said as “locker room banter” and claimed he had heard worse from his rival Hillary Clinton’s husband Bill “on the golf course”.

The Republican nominee is struggling to win over certain demographics, including women, as the race for the White House reaches its final weeks.

Democrat nominee Clinton also responded to the latest setback for Trump, describing the video as “horrific” on Twitter:

In recent days Trump has taken aim at rival Clinton by saying she “enabled” her husband’s philandering ways when he was president in the 1990s.
